If you subscribed before the 20th of the month (inclusive):

You are taken on the day of the subscription and the first package is shipped immediately.

For example, if you subscribe on August 2 for delivery every month:
The first shipment and the first direct debit take place immediately .
The second shipment and second sampling will take place on September 15 .

All subsequent mailings will always take place on the 15th of the month.

If you are subscribed between the 21st and 31st of the month:

You are taken on the day of the subscription and the first package ships immediately, but you are considered to have subscribed within the next month.

For example, if you subscribe on August 25 for delivery every month:
The first shipment and the first direct debit take place immediately .
The second shipment and second collection will take place on October 15 , not September 15. This allows you not to receive two parcels on dates that are too close together.

All subsequent mailings will always take place on the 15th of the month.
