Feeling a little low on energy?

We have the solution!

- 100 g sprouted green buckwheat
- 40 g walnuts
- 40 g sesame seeds
- 30 g raisins
- 40 g rolled oats
- 40 g melted coconut oil
- 2 large Medjool dates
- 30 g date syrup or agave syrup
- 15 g of superfood blend from @matchabotanicals

You need very little time and only a selection of affordable ingredients to make these delicious and wholesome energy bars. So, what are you waiting for? 😃

We recommend sprouting the buckwheat so that it tastes milder and offers greater nutritional value. If this is not possible, you can buy ready-sprouted buckwheat from an organic food shop. Alternatively, rinse the buckwheat thoroughly, soak it in water for a few hours, drain and rinse it again, then pat it dry with a towel.

We recommend not replacing the coconut oil with another type of oil, as it is essential for helping the bars hold their shape.

You can replace the date syrup with any other syrup, such as maple, agave or Jerusalem artichoke syrup. Finely chop the walnuts and oats in a grinder. If you are not sprouting or soaking the buckwheat, you can grind it at the same time. Cut the dates into small pieces, then combine everything with the remaining dry ingredients, including GOOD MOOD, which will give your bars a delicious chocolate flavour.

Add the syrup and coconut oil to the mixture. Mix thoroughly again, divide it into equal portions and shape them into bars.

Place them in the freezer for one hour.

For a simple coating, you can use one of our vegan chocolates. Simply melt it over a bain-marie and dip the bars into the melted chocolate.

If you do not have any chocolate, you can make a coating using cocoa butter, icing sugar and blue, green or pink matcha.

If you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 😂, you can simply leave the bars uncoated – they are still delicious without it.

The most important thing is not to eat them all at once! 😁
